About Alexandra Seastrunk, LMFT
I’m Alex, and I provide relational, depth-oriented therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, and grief. My approach addresses both present challenges and the deeper patterns, including early experiences, that shape your inner life. This creates the opportunity for insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
I became a therapist out of curiosity about the inner world and a personal understanding of how disorienting life can feel. My own journey through similar challenges shapes the way I listen and relate.
My style is warm, intuitive, and thoughtful. I value your autonomy, and do not view myself as the expert on your life. My role is to help you slow down and listen to your own voice more clearly.
I have a decade of clinical experience working in diverse settings, including substance use treatment, college mental health, and private practice. I believe that a therapist can only go as deep with a client as they have gone within themselves. Because of this, my own inner work is a central part of my life and practice. When I sit with you, I am doing so from a place of lived experience and honest self-awareness.

Life Outside of Therapy
I value a slower, intentional pace of life. As an introvert, I enjoy books, music, and film. I feel most grounded in nature, especially near the ocean. I live with my partner and our sweet tortoiseshell cat, who keeps our home lively and full of character. These parts of my life help me stay connected to what matters and bring balance to my work.
