Psychotherapy for Deeper Understanding
Welcome
Feelings of anxiety or depression can signal that something inside needs attention or care. Our symptoms rarely appear without cause—they are shaped by our experiences, relationships, and losses. Over time, they can become woven into how we see ourselves and how we move through the world.
Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down and listen more closely to your experience, deepening your connection to yourself and your inner guidance.
Who I Work With
Many of the individuals I work with live with an ongoing sense of unease. It may show up as anxiety, low mood, or an emptiness that’s hard to describe. For some, it’s a lifelong feeling of not being enough. Often, grief lingers just beneath the surface, shaping how you see yourself and how you relate to others.
My Approach
In our work together, we’ll explore the terrain of your inner life. My approach is grounded in depth psychology, which means we’ll look beyond your symptoms to understand the emotional patterns, early experiences, and unconscious influences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. We may spend time with memories, images, or dreams that carry meaning. The ways you learned to stay safe made sense at the time, but they may now feel confining or out of step with who you are becoming. Therapy can help you let go of what no longer fits and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been hidden, quieted, or misunderstood.
Beginning Therapy
Starting therapy is a meaningful step. If my approach feels like a fit for you, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a free 20-minute consultation to discuss what you’ve been experiencing and whether it feels right to begin together.
