Anxiety
Anxiety often arises from a heightened attunement to your inner world and to what’s happening around you. It can show up as overthinking, restlessness, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense of being stuck. You might struggle with uncertainty, feel easily overstimulated, or carry a fear of not being enough.
Often, anxiety is connected to earlier emotional experiences, self-doubt, or a disconnection from your own inner guidance. In therapy, we will explore the deeper roots of your anxiety, listening to what it might be trying to communicate. Together, we will cultivate practices to help you manage stress and reconnect with your own sense of balance. The goal isn’t to remove all discomfort, but to create a more spacious, compassionate relationship with yourself.

Self-Criticism
Self-criticism can show up as constant judgment, self-doubt, or the feeling that you’re never enough. It can affect your relationships, work, and sense of well-being, leaving you tense or emotionally drained.
Self-criticism often develops from early experiences or internalized expectations. In therapy, we’ll explore these patterns and listen to the messages your inner critic carries. By approaching these parts of yourself with curiosity and care, you can begin to loosen their grip and develop a better relationship with yourself.

Grief
Grief can arise from a loss, a change, or even the unmet expectations we carry for ourselves and others. It may show up as sadness, emptiness, restlessness, or a sense of disconnection. Even when life goes on, grief can linger, affecting how you relate and move through the world.
Grief often has layers that connect to past experiences, relationships, and unmet needs. In therapy, we will attend to these layers, helping you honor what has been lost while exploring how it has shaped your life and your sense of self. Together, we will create a space to process feelings, reflect on meaning, and gradually reconnect with your capacity for hope and self-compassion.
