    Anxiety

Anxiety often arises from a deep attunement to your inner world and to everything unfolding around you. It can show up as overthinking, emotional overwhelm, restlessness, or a persistent feeling of being stuck. You might struggle with uncertainty, feel easily overstimulated, or carry a quiet but constant fear of not being enough.

Often, anxiety is rooted in older emotional wounds, chronic self-doubt, or a disconnection from your own inner knowing. Over time, it can erode your sense of ease, cloud your intuition, and make it difficult to feel at home within yourself.

In our work, we’ll explore the deeper sources of your anxiety—listening not just to symptoms, but to what your anxiety may be trying to express. Alongside this reflective process, we’ll also build supportive practices to help you find steadiness, manage stress, and begin to trust your own rhythms. The aim is not to eliminate all discomfort, but to cultivate a more grounded, spacious relationship with yourself.

    Self-Worth

A diminished sense of self-worth often forms slowly—shaped by years of subtle messages, unmet needs, or relationships where your value was not fully seen. You may find yourself relying on external validation to feel okay, caught in cycles of self-doubt, or burdened by a harsh inner voice. These patterns often stem from early experiences—loss, trauma, or emotional neglect that left you questioning your place in the world. Over time, they can erode your sense of self and make it difficult to feel comfortable with who you are.

In our work together, we’ll explore where these beliefs and inner voices come from, and how they’ve shaped the way you relate to yourself. Through compassion and curiosity, we’ll begin to rebuild trust in your inherent worth. My hope is to support you in cultivating a more accepting relationship with yourself.

    Grief

Grief isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it can linger for years—held quietly after a loss that may have been especially painful or difficult to face. Other times, it arises in the wake of life transitions: a breakup, a move, a shift in identity, or even the passage of time. Even joyful changes can carry a sense of loss, as you part with a former version of yourself.

You might carry a kind of grief that becomes a part of your daily experience. It can be felt as emotional heaviness or a sense of disconnection. These feelings often go unspoken, especially when the world expects you to have moved on.

In our work together, we’ll create space to honor your grief in all its forms, without rushing or forcing a particular outcome. Together, we’ll explore what your grief has to teach you and support you in reconnecting with a sense of meaning and self-trust.

    Depression

Depression can feel like a dark cloud hovering over your life. It can dull your energy, making even the simplest tasks feel more challenging. It can look like a deep sadness; but it may show up as numbness, irritability, hopelessness, or a wall between yourself and the world around you.

Often, depression emerges in response to experiences that have gone unacknowledged. This can look like grief that wasn’t given space, emotions that were pushed down, or unmet needs. Over time, these experiences can accumulate, leading to a kind of emotional shutdown or despair.

In therapy, we will explore the stories and emotions that may be underneath the heaviness you are feeling. Through this process, you may begin to rediscover your sense of vitality and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
